Programs
We start with one program. And we do it well.
The academy is designed as a sequence of programs that build on each other. The Java Backend Career Track opens first. Later programs open only when they are ready.
Java Backend Career Track
From zero to the practical skills of a junior backend developer.
Start with programming fundamentals and finish with a working backend built on Java, SQL and Spring Boot. Every assignment is submitted as a Pull Request, reviewed and defended.

- Online
- Language
- Azerbaijani / English
- separate cohorts; material in both languages

Next stages
The program ladder
The academy's programs are consecutive steps. Only Foundation is open for applications; the rest are planned, with no date or price announced.
- PlannedJunior → Middle Accelerator12 weeksA 12-week instructor-led program for working junior Java developers: reading and changing an existing codebase, going deep on Spring Boot, avoiding JPA and PostgreSQL pitfalls, testing properly, security and CI basics, and delivering a feature independently starting from a ticket. This is a planned syllabus that may be adjusted to the group; there is no job guarantee.Read the program
- PlannedMiddle → Senior Engineering16 weeksA 16-week instructor-led program for middle developers: Java concurrency, caching, messaging with Kafka, resilience, data consistency, API design, performance profiling, observability, security in depth, design docs/ADRs and reviewing others' code. It ends with a service that you design, implement and defend, with a written design doc. This is a planned syllabus that may be adjusted to the group; there is no job guarantee.Read the program
- PlannedSenior to Architect: System Design and Architecture Leadership12 weeksA planned 12-week, instructor-led syllabus: from requirements and quality attributes through data and integration architecture, security and operating cost, to technical leadership. You finish by defending an architecture for a realistic payments-style case. Order and depth may be adjusted to the group; the program does not promise a job or a title.Read the program
- PlannedEngineering Residency: a six-sprint team simulation12 weeksA 12-week (six two-week sprints), mentor-guided educational simulation: real Agile delivery practices in squads of 6-7 participants (one mentor per squad, up to 20 participants, roughly 3 squads) - backlog, sprint planning, pull requests and code review, QA, demos, retrospectives, an incident drill. It is not a job offer, employment or an employment contract, and it does not promise work experience; participation is assessment-based. The planned syllabus may be adjusted to the group.Read the program
Planned specializations and topics
These are not programs on the ladder: they are topic specializations we may offer later. They are not scheduled, and there is no date, price or cohort.
- PlannedAdvanced Java BackendJVM, concurrency, JPA/SQL and testing depth for running real services on your own.
- PlannedEnterprise Spring BootSpring in large codebases: modularisation, transactions, security and observability.
- PlannedMicroservices and Distributed SystemsService boundaries, data ownership, failure handling, and when a monolith is the better choice.
- PlannedKafka and Event-Driven ArchitectureThe Kafka internals that matter, delivery semantics and reliable event-driven design.
- PlannedSystem DesignA method for designing systems, from requirements to written trade-off analysis.
- PlannedSenior to Tech LeadFrom an engineer who writes the code to a leader accountable for the team's technical direction.
- PlannedSolution ArchitectureTurn a business need into a working solution, with quality attributes, constraints and documented decisions.
- PlannedEnterprise ArchitectureStep beyond one solution and connect an organisation's capabilities, portfolio and technology direction.
- PlannedAI Engineering for Backend DevelopersIntegrate LLM-based features into a Java/Spring backend reliably, measurably and securely.
- PlannedTechnical Interview PreparationPreparation matched to your level: knowledge, thinking out loud, system design and concrete stories.
Not sure which program fits?
The AI Advisor asks about your experience and goals and gives an honest recommendation — it won't push a program you don't need.
Learn. Build. Scale.
