Academy conditions and refunds

This page explains admission, payment and cancellation for DevScallix Academy programs. It complements the Terms of Use. If your individual agreement differs from this page, the individual agreement prevails.

Applying is free and creates no obligation.

Admission is decided by members of our team. Applying does not guarantee admission.

The price, schedule and payment plan are given to you personally after admission and confirmed in a written agreement or invoice. Nothing shown on the website before that point is a price offer.

A seat is held for you only after the Academy has received and verified the reservation payment. Enrollment in the program happens only after the payment is verified.

Payments are currently accepted offline only: bank transfer, cash or card terminal, against an invoice issued by the Academy. Online card payment is not active at present; when it is introduced, these rules will be updated. We never receive your card details.

Programs do not guarantee employment, a particular income or a position. Outcomes depend on the participant's effort and the job market.

Program content, timing and format may change. Participants are told about material changes in advance.

Cancellation and refund rules for tuition and for the reservation payment are set in your individual agreement. Ask about them and get them confirmed in writing before you pay; we do not promise any amount or period that is not stated there.

Free credits and credits allocated by staff exist; online purchase is not available yet. When it becomes available, it will be one-time (not a subscription, no automatic renewal) and an interview that did not take place will not be deducted from your balance. Details: Terms of Use.
